We pack and ship every order as fast as we can — because we know waiting around for your training gear or supplements isn't fun. Below you'll find all the details on delivery times and costs.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that are shipped the next business day.
- Processing time (packing and shipping from the warehouse): 1 business day.
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Poland.
- If your order contains products that are temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know by e-mail about the expected shipping date.

Free delivery from PLN 300 — regardless of the delivery method you choose (courier or InPost Parcel Locker), if your order total is PLN 300 or more, delivery is free.
The total time you can expect from placing your order to receiving your package is usually 2–3 business days (1 day for processing + 1–2 days for delivery).
Delivery in the European Union
We ship orders to European Union countries.

Free delivery from €70 — for orders worth €70 or more, delivery within the EU is free.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier selected. Once your order ships, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow its status.
Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can see the current status of your shipment.
If you haven't received this e-mail within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or write to us at lean.bulls@gmail.com.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
Customs duties and import taxes — for orders within the European Union, we do not charge any additional customs fees. If we expand shipping outside the EU in the future, additional fees (customs duty, import VAT) may be charged to the recipient — we will clearly inform you of this before any such change.
Carrier delays — delivery times provided by the courier or InPost are estimates. While we do our best to minimize the risk of delays, we have no control over unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics network overload, holidays).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? If your order hasn't been shipped yet, write to us as soon as possible at lean.bulls@gmail.com with your order number — we'll do our best to change the address before shipping.
Do you ship outside the European Union? Currently, we only ship within Poland and the European Union.
What happens if I don't pick up my package from the Parcel Locker on time? The package is returned to the sender after the storage period set by InPost expires (standard: 48 hours). In that case, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (an additional shipping fee may apply).
Can I pick up my order in person? We currently don't offer in-person pickup — all orders are fulfilled exclusively via courier delivery or InPost Parcel Lockers.
